Fujibo "Piezoelectric Flexible Sensor"

Fluororesin-based ferroelectric layers achieve high responsiveness and sensitivity. They are flexible and do not require sensor drive power. Please make use of them in a wide range of applications.

Our company has developed a "piezoelectric flexible sensor" using a fluororesin-based ferroelectric material in the piezoelectric layer. Thanks to the properties of the piezoelectric material, it achieves a response speed of less than 1 ms, generating a clear voltage even with extremely small pressures. Moreover, by adopting a printing method, it offers high design flexibility for patterns, accommodating installations in small gaps as well as sensing over large areas. No driving power is required for the sensor. Various materials such as resin films, elastomer sheets, and textiles can be selected for the substrate, allowing installation in various locations. 【Features】 ■ The sensor is laminated with organic materials of less than 20 μm thickness on the substrate surface, making it thin and flexible. ■ It is also possible to manufacture piezoelectric element arrays. ■ It has transparency that allows for the identification of text on the back of the sensor. ■ It supports specifications with high signal-to-noise ratios due to an electromagnetic shielding layer (optional). ■ It can be utilized for vital sensing, vibration, shock, and water leak detection. ■ It also supports haptic devices utilizing the reverse piezoelectric effect (under development). *For more details, please refer to the materials available for download in PDF format. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
